Potassium sorbate

Potassium sorbate appears as white to pale yellow鳞片状 crystals, crystalline granules, or powder—odorless or slightly odorous—and readily absorbs moisture and undergoes oxidative decomposition when exposed to air over time, leading to discoloration.

Sodium dehydroacetate

Sodium dehydroacetate is a white crystalline powder that is odorless and tasteless, easily soluble in water, propylene glycol, and glycerin. It exhibits slight solubility in ethanol and acetone. Moreover, its aqueous solution remains stable even after being heated at 120°C for up to 2 hours.

Sodium diacetate

Sodium diacetate is a molecular complex of sodium acetate and acetic acid—appearing as a white, hygroscopic crystalline powder or crystalline solid with a faint vinegar-like odor. It is non-toxic and readily soluble in both water and ethanol.

Sodium lactate

Sodium lactate is produced by neutralizing lactic acid, which is derived from fermented grains, followed by purification and refining. As a result, it’s a purely green, food-safe preservative that’s beneficial and harmless to human health.
